Grammy award winner, Angelique Kidjo has strongly taken sides with self acclaimed Africa giant, Burna Boy over the supposed claim of having an attitude.
She made this known during an interview with a radio station in Lagos where the host stated that Burna boy has an unapologetic attitude and critics attacks him because of it.

Responding to this, the singer praised Burna Boy for being good at what he does and owes no one any apology.
She said:
“When you’re talented, yes, you have to have humility but that doesn’t mean you’re going to walk on yourself and apologize. For what? I’m good at what I do. You don’t like it? Sorry! If it was an African-American person having that attitude, nobody would say anything.
“That’s my boy mehn! Let him do his stuff. If you don’t like it, sorry for you… You leave my boy alone!” Angelique Kidjo stated.
