Nigerian musician, Femi Kuti has remembered his late father, Fela Anikulapo Kuti on his posthumous birthday.
The singer took to his Instagram page on October 15, 2021 where he marked the special day with a touching message 24 years after his demise.

According to Femi, they still miss their dad so much years after his demise.
He wrote:
“HPBD to our father FELA
Wow 24 years gone and we still miss you so much. We love you”

Recall that Fela’s brother, Olikoye Ransome-Kuti had said that his brother died of AIDS related complications in 1997 but Fela’s widow contradicted this claim that her late husband did not die of the deadly disease.
