A 21-year-old identified as Dominic Joshua, has confessed to defrauding 500 people of over N2billion. This is according to the Special Fraud Unit of the Police.
Joshua allegedly deceived his victims via social media, asking people to invest in various ways into his company, Brisk Capital.
Investors approached the Fraud Unit to petition for investigations when their investments failed to yield fruits, prompting swift action and his eventual arrest.

The police recovered properties and purchased items upon his arrest.
Meanwhile, afrorave artiste, Rema, has been allegedly linked to Joshua as an old tweet he made and later deleted, was reposted by journalist, David Hundeyin, with a cryptic message.
The now deleted Rema tweet read, “Hustle Thursday, ROI from investment with @briskcapitalLTD just came in, nice one my gees!👍🏽😉”
