Specifically, Mr Katchy holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Ibadan and an MBA from Benin.

He serves as a registered stockbroker and CEO of Tokacy Investment Services Ltd.

Furthermore, he brings over 30 years of experience in capital markets and investment management.

Meanwhile, Mr Banigo earns a BA in Economics, with a minor in Japanese, from Vassar College, New York.

He also holds an MBA from IESE Business School in Spain and advises high-growth organisations.

He leads digital transformation for more than 15 years, driving technology-led solutions.

Currently, he works as a principal consultant at Karma Advisory in New York.

Growth And Capital Plans

In November, the company announced plans to raise ₦16 billion to strengthen its balance sheet.

The board can pursue private placements, rights issues, public offers, or a combination, depending on approvals.

Finally, the company increases its authorised share capital to accommodate new shares registered with SEC, CAC, and NGX.
