Nollywood actress Jemima Osunde has shared a thought–provoking message to young women.
She urges them to abandon the belief that depending solely on a wealthy partner is the key to survival.

The medical doctor and screen star questioned why many ladies dream of only dating or marrying rich men rather than striving to build their own financial independence.
According to her, in today’s harsh economy, such a mindset is both unrealistic and unsustainable.
In her words:
“There are not enough billionaires for all of us to be housewives.”
Jemima Osunde emphasised that it is not wrong to desire comfort or a financially stable partner.
However, women must also cultivate ambition, develop skills, and pursue personal goals instead of waiting for a man’s wealth to sustain them.
Her comments have sparked conversations online.
