VDM’s NGO Website Hacked, ₦180m Allegedly Stolen

VDM has revealed that hackers infiltrated the website of his NGO, the Martins Vincent Otse Initiative.

Also, the hackers  fraudulently withdrew a staggering sum of ₦180 million from its account.

According to VDM, the incident has been reported to the police, and investigations are ongoing.

Also, he disclosed that one of the alleged hackers had already been apprehended in Jos, Plateau State.

The financial loss has significantly impacted the NGO, leaving only ₦20 million in its account.

This development is a shocking setback for the initiative, which was launched just months ago with the goal of supporting various humanitarian causes.

On October 14, 2024, VDM officially unveiled the Martins Vincent Otse Initiative to the public.

Within 24 hours of its launch, the organisation garnered an overwhelming show of support, raising ₦33 million in donations from well-meaning Nigerians.

Notably, renowned music executive Don Jazzy made headlines by contributing a generous ₦100 million to the NGO, further bolstering its efforts.

Currently, different comments are trailing the issue, wish some accusing the VeryDarkMan of manipulations.
