A 300 Level student of History and International Studies Department at the University of Jos, identified as Rinji Peter Bala was allegedly arrested and later killed by officials of the Nigerian Army in the state.
A source told iBrandTV that, the 20-year-old boy also known as Bobo was in the company of his friends who were taking a stroll in the state.
They were allegedly arrested by some officials of the force over suspicion of being part of a robbery gang in Plateau State.

After investigations, the boys were released but the Bala was later shot dead for unknown reasons.
Many Nigerians have now taken to Twitter to call for justice over Bala’s gruesome murder.
As at the time of filing this report, more details surrounding his death is yet unknown.

Rinji Bala also know as bobo he was a student of University of Jos.
Bobo was the only son of his father.
