The plaintiff alleges that the security guard made violent physical contact with him without provocation, resulting in serious and permanent injuries.
The incident allegedly occurred on August 17, 2024, outside a concert venue where Travis Scott was performing.
Travis Scott’s representatives have denied any involvement in the incident, stating that the rapper was not present at the time of the alleged attack. They have also called the lawsuit “frivolous.”
The lawsuit does not allege that Travis Scott was directly involved in the incident, but rather that he is responsible for hiring the security company that employed the guard.
