Singer Ruger has opened up about his struggles with romantic relationships, admitting that they often fail to work out for him despite his best intentions.
Speaking in an interview with Naija FM, the self-described “lover boy” explained that while his initial instinct is to pursue serious relationships, his interest fades over time.
“I’m a lover boy, but I’ve realised that relationships don’t work for me,” Ruger said.
“When I meet a girl, my first thought is to get serious with her, but I end up losing interest unexpectedly.”
The singer also clarified his stance on interactions with female fans during performances.
“Honestly, the most I can give a female fan on stage is a flower. It’s like we’re working together.”
“I don’t see it beyond the stage,” he added.
