Basically, living healthy takes discipline and intention, especially when you are the plus-size.
Recently, a Nigerian comedian shared her story about how she battles with living healthy.

In her YouTube video exposé, she stated that her husband encouraged her to get weight loss surgery since it was affecting her health.
She revealed that she had atherosclerosis, a disorder characterised by the thickening or hardening of the arteries.
This illness caused her to experience dizzy episodes, shortness of breath, and joint discomfort, among other symptoms.
The comedian also stated that in 2017, she resolved to lose weight through gym training and a healthier diet, but it did not work.
Of course, she must have relied on some principles that do not work for the ind of weight she has. Her weight is in her waist region.
In the video, she also revealed that January 2023 was a terrible time for her.
She had health issues caused by her weight.
Also, she became depressed along the way and a whole lot of other things she listed in the video.
