Peter Obi expressed his displeasure at the Tinubu-led administration over purchase of new presidential jet.
The 2023 Labour Party presidential candidate who spoke to Arise TV on the sidelines of DNC convention, stated that this is not the time to get new private jets as Nigeria is the poverty capital of the world.
Furthermore, Obi said that while he’s asking for the amount used in buying the new presidential jets, there should also be a comparison on the ages of the new private jet and the old one.

According to him, every money Nigeria has should be channeled into education and health as they are growth
