A landlord, in Ogun State, identified as Adesina has once again proven that the popular saying “there is nothing hidden under the sun”, is true.
This story happened at Akegbeyale Street in Ifesowapo Akute, Ifo Local Government Area in Ogun State.
Up until now, Nigerians are yet to figure out what would have pushed a 71-year-old landlord, Adesina to defile his tenant’s 14-year-old daughter.
The fact that he even went ahead to impregnate the girl is something that has left many people in shock.
Now, the Ogun State Police Command arrested and detained Adesina.
Landlord Caught In The Act
Adesina was caught having sexual intercourse with the 14-year-old girl in the house bathroom.
The minor, whose name was withheld, was in the bathroom taking her shower when the landlord barged into the same bathroom a few minutes later.
It is believed that he had sexual intercourse with her.
Some residents reportedly caught Adeshina in the act.
Furthermore, this led to his arrest by Police operatives from the Ajuwon divisional headquarters.
The father of the minor was said to have taken the little girl to the hospital for a medical examination.
The Pregnancy
Sadly, it was discovered that she was already pregnant.
Also, this indicates that it was not the first time Adesina would be engaging in this act.
The Ogun State Police Spokesman, Omolola Odutola, confirmed the incident.
She said the case had been transferred to the State Criminal Investigation Department.
In her words: “The landlord has been arrested and detained. The father reported that he was caught defiling his 14-year-old daughter in their bathroom in the morning.
Medical Report
The teenager was taken to Tamara Hospital in Akute for a medical examination.

“However, the medical report further showed that it wasn’t a first-time act because the test showed that the teenager was already six weeks pregnant.
The state CID in Eleweran will soon take up the matter for further investigation”.
