Governor Yahaya Bello arrived at his polling unit with his family, he was accredited and voted within minutes.

The governor upon arriving with security operatives, showed his permanent voter card and proceeded to carry out his civic duty.

Yahaya Bello has been the governor of Kogi State for the past 8 years, serving two terms as the state governor.

However, some people are not happy with his administration as there are allegations that there is uneven development in the state.

Thus far elections in Kogi state have been peaceful.

Result Sheet Missing At Three Polling Units

However, there are allegations that result sheets from some polling units have gone missing.

The guber candidate Social Democratic Party (SDP), Muritala Ajaka, raised the alarm that result sheets are missing from three polling units in Kogi State.

Ajaka, made this known at about 9 am after casting his votes.

He fingered, Okenne, Okehi, and Adavi polling units as areas where malpractices are going on.

The SDP flagbearer called on INEC to take the required actions.

Adaji told journalists that the Kogi election is about liberating the state.
