The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has announced that the portal for the registration of Ad-hoc staffs (INECPRES) for the September governorship election in Edo and Ondo States will open from Monday, July 15, 2024, to Monday, August 19, 2024.
The INECPRES is for registration of election duty for Ad-hoc staffs.
Available categories are: (Supervisory Presiding Officers (SPOs), Presiding Officers (POs), Assistant Presiding Officers (APOs).
Also available are: Registration Area Technicians (RATECHs), and RAC Managers.
INEC spoke via a publication on its official X handle on Friday.

According to the commission, the online application will be available on its official website for both the mobile app and the web application.
The statement reads: “The web version (for use with a laptop, desktop, or at a cyber café) will be accessible via the portal URL [http://pres.inecnigeria.org].
“The Android mobile app (for Android phone users only) will be accessible via the link [https://inecpres-app.com].”
