Falanas Demand Bobrisky Retract ₦10m Pardon Allegation Within 12 Hours

Human rights lawyer Femi Falana and his son, musician Folarin Falana, known as Falz, have issued a 12-hour ultimatum to crossdresser Bobrisky to retract his defamatory claims.

In leaked audio shared by social media critic VeryDarkMan, Bobrisky alleged that Falana and Falz offered to help secure him a presidential pardon for 10 million.

However, Both Falana and Falz have strongly denied these accusations.

A cease-and-desist letter dated October 14, 2024, was sent from Falana and Falana’s Chambers.

However, the Falanas demanded that Bobrisky retract the false statements and issue a public apology.

The letter, signed by legal representatives Taiwo E. Olawanle and Olorunfemi Akinyemi.

Also, it labels Bobrisky’s claims as harmful and damaging to their reputations.

The letter stated: “Your claims are a figment of your imagination. At no point did our clients engage in any communication with you regarding a pardon, and these allegations are baseless.”

Also, the Falanas have demanded that Bobrisky retract his statements and issue an apology across all platforms where the allegations were shared.

Failure to comply within 12 hours would result in legal action, including a claim for damages.
