For the fourth time in three weeks, a woman has filed a lawsuit against music mogul Sean Combs, widely known as Diddy, alleging sexual assault.
The latest complaint, filed on Wednesday, accuses Diddy of sex trafficking and gang rape, among other claims.
The lawsuit also names Harve Pierre, the former president of Combs’ company Bad Boy Entertainment, and a third assailant.
The woman, identified as Jane Doe in the suit, alleges that she was 17 years old at the time of the supposed assault in 2003.
The lawsuit has been filed in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Reacting to this new lawsuit, Diddy took to his Instagram page and said.
