As the festive season nears, Dangote Petroleum Refinery cuts petrol prices to ₦899.50 per litre, giving Nigerians much-needed relief and financial flexibility.
The company announced the price reduction on Thursday.
Explaining the move, the Group Chief Branding and Communications Officer, Anthony Chiejina, stated that the initiative would lower transportation costs during the holidays.
Furthermore, he introduced a special purchase offer: “Consumers who pay cash for a litre can buy an extra litre on credit, backed by a bank guarantee from Access Bank, First Bank, or Zenith Bank”.
In addition, Dangote Refinery has designed this initiative to give consumers greater financial flexibility and support during the festive season.

Moreover, the refinery produces high-quality, environmentally friendly petrol that ensures engine safety.
By operating locally, it has eliminated Nigeria’s reliance on substandard, blended imported fuels, which previously created significant health and environmental hazards.
