Chelsea have submitted a €60m (£51m) offer for Pameiras and Brazilian wonderkid Estevao Willian.
According to journalist Jorge Nicola, the Blues are keen on landing the Brazilian youngster, dubbed Messinho (Little Messi).
Also, the club has reportedly placed an offer worth a total of €60m (£51m/$63m) for the 16-year-old.
The deal works out to a fee of €40m (£34/$42m) plus €20m (£17m/$21m) in add-ons.
The 16-year-old winger’s current release clause stands at €60m however, the report claims that Palmeiras may not accept the offer as they believe the player’s value could go up.
They are even considering offering him a new contract.
Messinho scored his first-ever goal for the Palmeiras senior side last week as he found the back of the net in his team’s 3-1 win over Liverpool in a Copa Libertadores clash.
Chelsea are confident of signing the young prodigy ahead of the 2024/25 season.
However, they will face competition from two other Premier League clubs as well as Catalan giants Barcelona.
