Nigerian crossdresser, Bobrisky, is now suing online critic VeryDarkMan (VDM), for ₦1 billion in damages.
On September 29, 2024, Bobrisky shared a copy of the legal letter sent to VDM on his Instagram page.
The letter accused VDM of engaging in defamatory and blackmail campaigns against Bobrisky through various social media platforms.
Bobrisky’s legal team claimed that VDM was using the crossdresser’s name to boost his own influence.
Also, she claims that VeryDarkMan makes unsubstantiated allegations, including claims that the crossdresser was involved with high-ranking officials like DIGs of the Nigerian police, lawmakers, and senators.
Additionally, the letter stated that VDM had shared an AI-generated audio, falsely presented as a conversation between Bobrisky and another person.
The crossdresser is demanding a public apology from VDM within 24 hours of receiving the letter, along with ₦1 billion in compensation for damages.
