Late Nigerian actor Baba Suwe’s Son, Adesola Omidina has tendered an apology to Nigerians as well as members of Theatre Arts and Motion Pictures Practitioners Association of Nigeria TAMPAN over his comments after his father passed away yesterday.
In a video which is currently trending on social media, Omidina who is also an actor was spotted with his father’s corpse while claiming that his father was abandoned by families and business associates while he was alive.

Omidina has however taken to his Instagram page where he retracted his statement noting that everyone tried in their capacity to ensure his father gets back in shape.
He wrote:
“As the son of the veteran actor late Babatunde Omidina ‘Baba Suwe’ I am genuinely issuing this statement to denounce and condemn the video(s) about Baba Suwe’s death that has been wrongly posted.
“The Nollywood, TAMPAN, the government, Prophets, family and fans have been supportive in their own ways. I tender an apology to all the groups, people and families affected! Again, please disregard any inappropriate ‘video’ circulating social media.”
