Africa Magic has officially announced the call for entries for the 11th edition of the Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCAs).
The submission window opened on Monday, December 23, 2024.
However, it will remain open until Friday, January 31, 2025.
In a statement shared with Saturday Beats, Busola Tejumola, the Executive Head of Content and Channels for West Africa at MultiChoice, highlighted the significance of the awards.
Also, she remarked: “The AMVCA have become a symbol of excellence, celebrating African storytelling and the incredible individuals who bring these stories to life”.
“We are thrilled to once again invite talented creatives from across the continent to showcase their outstanding work to a global audience.”
However, the statement further emphasized the core mission of the AMVCA
The event is to honor exceptional talent, creativity, and innovation within Africa’s film, television, and entertainment sectors.
Also, it celebrates the continent’s most gifted storytellers, performers, and production professionals.
The upcoming edition of the AMVCAs is poised to be a grand celebration of African entertainment.
