Nollywood actress Omoni Oboli has joyfully announced the birth of her first grandchild, a baby girl named Naya.
The actress shared the news on Instagram on August 12, 2024, posting a video from the intimate baby shower held for her son, Tobe, and his wife, Marelle.
In her post, Oboli wrote, “Our hearts are filled with gratitude and joy. We never knew we could love a tiny human this much.”
“Our baby Naya is here, and she’s the perfect gift from God. Naya, mummy, daddy, grandparents, and uncles are all doing amazing. THANK YOU, LORD.”

Earlier, in July 2024, the actress revealed that her daughter-in-law was expecting, sharing her excitement through a heartfelt Instagram post.
She posted a series of pictures from the couple’s maternity photoshoot, expressing her joy over the upcoming addition to their family.
Tobe and Marelle got engaged in January 2024 and were married two months later in an intimate ceremony attended by close family.
