The Netflix South Korean series squid game landed its first Emmy awards on Sunday in Los Angeles.
The series bagged awards for Outstanding Production Design for a Narrative Contemporary Program, Outstanding Special Visual Effects, Outstanding Stunt Performance, and Outstanding Guest Actress.
Actress Lee You-mi, who played Ji-yeong in the series’ episode “Gganbu,” won Outstanding Guest Actress in a Drama Series.
