Nigerian comedian, Basketmouth has signed a mouth watering music deal with United States based record label, Empire.
He shared this news via his Instagram page on October 13, 2021 where he informed everyone of his latest achievement.

Sharing a video and photos of the event, he informed his fans and followers that he has been signed by Empire.
This deal came following the comedian’s album ‘Yabasi’ which was released in 2020.
In the caption that accompanied the photos shared, Basketmouth wrote:
“Hey guys, did I mention that I have been signed by @empire? Well… I am (sic).”

Empire is an independent record label that handles music licensing and distribution and boasts a lineup of successful Nigerian artistes such as Olamide and Fireboy DML.
