Simon, 29, signed a three-year contract with the capital-based club, which is set to play in Ligue 1 next season for the first time since the 1978–1979 campaign.

His arrival comes as Paris FC undergoes a major transformation following a change in ownership. In November, the Arnault family, alongside Austrian energy drink giant Red Bull, took control of the club.

The investment has already seen Paris FC gain promotion, with former Liverpool manager Jürgen Klopp now serving as Red Bull’s global head of football.

Simon leaves Nantes after six seasons, where he made 201 appearances and scored 37 goals.

While the transfer fee remains undisclosed, Paris FC’s sporting director François Ferracci revealed that Simon was a long-term target.

“Moses was a priority for us, and he has shown a real interest in our project despite high demand from other clubs,” Ferracci stated.
