Nigerian striker Junior Ajayi has completed a move to Libyan giants Al Hilal Benghazi. The 28-year-old joins the club on a short-term contract, marking a new chapter in his career.

Ajayi’s signing is a significant boost to Al Hilal Benghazi, who are currently competing in the Mauritanian League due to the ongoing political unrest in Libya.

The club, led by manager Tarek Thabet, will be looking to Ajayi to make an impact and help them achieve success in the league.

Ajayi joins Al Hilal Benghazi on a free transfer, having previously played for Egyptian club Smouha SC.

During his time at Smouha, Ajayi impressed with four goals in six league appearances, showcasing his attacking prowess.

The Nigerian striker has a proven track record of success, particularly during his time at Egyptian club Al Ahly. Ajayi won four league titles and two CAF Champions League trophies with Al Ahly, establishing himself as a key player in the team’s success.
