Earlier this week, Nile Media confirmed it had acquired global theatrical distribution rights for the film across six continents, while FilmOne Entertainment retains local distribution rights in Nigeria.
Everybody Loves Jenifa, set to hit Nigerian cinemas nationwide on December 13, promises to bring audiences a nostalgic experience with humour, building upon the franchise’s previous successes.
This release follows the success of Funke Akindele’s A Tribe Called Judah, which set a record as the highest-grossing film in Nigerian cinema history.
The movie features the return of fan favourites like Falz, Omotunde ‘Lolo’ Adebowale-David, and Olayode Juliana, alongside new cast members including Chimezie Imo, Layi Wasabi, Bisola Aiyeola, Jackie Appiah, and Omowunmi Dada.
