Barcelona are reportedly preparing an offer for Napoli’s Khvicha Kvaratskhelia as the Catalan side look to sign a left-winger for Hansi Flick.
Barcelona have had a great start to life under Flick this season as the Catalan side currently lead the La Liga standings over Real Madrid by six points, owing to their brave style of play both defensively and offensively that has gotten fans on the edge of the seats.
Barcelona’s attacking trio of Robert Lewandowski, Raphinha and Lamine Yamal have gotten together to score 37 goals in just 17 matches in all competitions.
However, the five-time Champions League winners are looking towards adding more firepower to their attack next summer.
Kvaratskhelia’s current contract at Napoli is set to run until 2027, and the Georgian player and his entourage have rejected Napoli’s attempts to extend his deal.
As such, the Serie A side may be forced to sell him next summer for a lower price than the €130 million (£108.3m/$137.4m) release clause set in his contract.
