The final season of ‘Power Book II: Ghost’ is on track to become the most-watched show in AMERICAN TV NETWORK Starz’s history.
With the series finale approaching on October 4, the drama is averaging 10.5 million viewers across all platforms, measured within 90 days post-premiere.
Previously, ‘Power’, the show’s predecessor, averaged 10.8 million viewers in its fifth season, but over a longer period than 90 days.
The ‘Power’ franchise, which includes four series, has broken several ratings records for Starz.
The original series surpassed ‘Spartacus’ as the network’s most-watched show in 2015. Spin-offs such as ‘Ghost’, ‘Book III: Raising Kanan’, and ‘Book IV: Force’ have also achieved impressive numbers, with ‘Force’ setting a record for the biggest series premiere in Starz’s history.
‘Power Book II: Ghost’ continues to be one of the top shows among Black viewers in the U.S. Globally, Starz reports that its subscribers have spent around 1.6 billion hours watching the ‘Power’ universe.
The series stars Michael Rainey Jr., Mary J. Blige, Cliff “Method Man” Smith, and Gianni Paolo.
