Davido and Amaju Pinnick-led Brownhill Investment Company Limited, have resolved to settle their legal dispute from the 19th edition of the annual Warri Again show out of court.

As part of the terms of settlement, Davido will perform at the 20th edition of Warri Again show which will hold on October 4, 2024, and pay the plaintiffs, N30M within seven days of registration of the consent judgement.
The artiste fee of $94,500 already paid will 2023 will subsist for the 2024 event.
