Kim Kardashian is set to executive-produce a documentary series about actress Elizabeth Taylor for the BBC.
The series will have three parts and is called ‘Elizabeth Taylor: Rebel Superstar.’
It will showcase Elizabeth Taylor’s journey from being a child star to becoming a Hollywood legend, with eight marriages, a passion for diamonds, and challenges in her personal life.
The series will have special access to people who knew Elizabeth Taylor well, including family, friends, and colleagues.
It will delve into her acting, how she transformed the concept of fame, and her success as a businesswoman, activist and advocate.
The show will feature never-before-heard audio tapes, interviews, and unseen TV footage, along with her film collection.
Famous movies of Elizabeth Taylor, such as ‘National Velvet,’ ‘Cat On A Hot Tin Roof,’ ‘Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?,’ and ‘Butterfield 8,’ will also be part of the series.
The documentary will include interviews with high-profile individuals who knew her well, such as Kim Kardashian, Dame Joan Collins, and Margaret O’Brien.
Dr. Anthony Fauci, a leading scientist, will also be part of the series, discussing his work with Elizabeth Taylor in the fight against AIDS.
Elizabeth Taylor, born in London February 27, 1932, passed away in Los Angeles in 2011.
