Ahead of Ja Rule’s “The Sunrise Tour” celebrating 25 years in the rap game since his debut album in 1999, the 47-year-old is starting the tour in the UK and Ireland in March, visiting cities like Cardiff, London, Birmingham, Dublin, and more.
