Afrobeat icon, Wizkid, is growing in influence and reach. It has been confirmed that Wizkid is one of the headline performers at the 20th edition of the prestigious Mawazine Festival.
The event is set to take place in Rabat, Morocco, from June 20 to 28, 2025.
This announcement comes shortly after Wizkid revealed the cancellation of his planned US and European tour dates.
Also, it redirect excitement toward his upcoming performance at one of the world’s biggest music festivals.
The event is organised by the Maroc Cultures Association under the High Patronage of King Mohammed VI.
The Mawazine Festival consistently draws millions of music lovers from across the globe.
Although, the full lineup is yet to be unveiled, early sneak peeks already hint at an eclectic and high-energy showcase.
Alongside Wizkid, international stars like Kid Cudi, legendary Malian singer Salif Keita, and actor-turned-musician Will Smith are all slated to perform at the Mawazine Festival.
