Senator representing Lagos Central at the Senate, Oluremi Tinubu, on Wednesday, verbally harassed an unidentified woman, calling her a thug, following displeasure in her mannerism.

The incident occured at the South-West Zonal Constitutional review held in Lagos State.
Video footage of the scene showed the harassed woman repeatedly cautioning the senator over her choice of words as other attendees joined in doing same.

Tinubu was, however, unfazed by the backlash, choosing instead to defend her opinion.
Meanwhile, the Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, used the opportunity of the constitutional review to demand for the upgrade of Lagos to a super state, given its financial status in Nigeria.
