Veteran Nollywood actress, Jumoke George, has made a heartfelt appeal for financial assistance, as she continues to battle severe health challenges and homelessness.
She made the appeal in an emotional video interview with her colleague Biola Bayo, which she shared on Tuesday.
Jumoke George opened up about her difficult journey over the past six years.
Also, she revealed that she had been living in a church due to her inability to afford accommodation and had been battling persistent illness during this period.
“Please, I need help. I’m tired. I can’t bear it any longer,” she pleaded tearfully.
“I’ve been without a home for six years and I now live in a church. Most times, it’s the church mummy who feeds me. I have nothing to my name.”
The actress further disclosed that she had undergone several medical tests in the past but now requires urgent brain and heart tests.
This test will cost her ₦400,000, an amount she currently cannot afford.
“I can’t sleep due to the constant pain. Everything feels wrong with me,” she added.
