Controversial social media personality, Martins Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan (VDM), has once again been arraigned by the Nigerian police.
This is over fresh allegations of cyberbully involving top Nigerian celebrities.
The outspoken activist was brought before Justice Musa Liman of the Federal High Court.
He faces a five-count charge.

The charges stem from alleged cyberbullying of Nollywood stars Tonto Dikeh and Iyabo Ojo.
Also, music producer Samuel Oguachuba, widely known as Samklef, among others.
VDM pleaded not guilty to the charges.
His legal representative, Deji Adeyanju, requested that the court allow VDM to remain on the bail terms previously granted by Justice Mobolaji Olajuwon during his initial arraignment.
The prosecuting counsel representing the Inspector General of Police, Victor Okoye, did not object to the plea.
Consequently, the court upheld the earlier bail conditions and scheduled the trial to resume on July 24, 2025.
It will be recalled that VDM was first arraigned on May 22, 2024, before Justice Olajuwon on similar charges,
On June 10, 2024, he was granted bail set at ₦10 million, with two sureties.
