Nigerian singer Runtown has reaffirmed the date his #EndSARS protest will hold.

Some days back, the singer took to his social media account to inform his fans and followers that he would be leading a protest against police brutality by the Special Anti-Robbery Squad on October 8, 2020.

“This has gone long enough and now we MUST take action! I’ll be leading a protest to #ENDSARS on Thursday, October 8th 2020.” he wrote

Music star, Naira Marley also scheduled his protest against the brutality of SARS officials for today but was called off due to the intervention of the Nigerian police assuring all citizens that necessary actions have been taken and they are up to the task.
In light of this, Runtown took to his Twitter page to restate his commitment to protesting on Thursday October 8, 2020.

He tweeted; “THURSDAY IS THURSDAY !!”
