Veteran actor, Richard Mofe-Damijo, popularly known as RMD has aired his opinion concerning the current happenings in Nigeria.

The movie star who is obviously in a sad mood over all the numerous happenings in the country took to his Instagram page to state that nothing seems appealing to him for the first time in a long while.

He stressed that there are too many records of the death of people close to him as well as the killing of people in the country and uncertainty holds everyone at ransom adding that Nigeria needs God’s intervention.

Sharing a photo of himself, he wrote:

For the first time in a very long while, I find nothing to be cheerful about. Too many deaths of even people I know, not to mention the national carnage.

Uncertainty holds us all ransom. If ever the use of ‘The hand of God’s in theatre is more needed, it is now, in this Nigerian play of despair and desolation.

Divine intervention, where you dey? We are at our wits end surely!
