Singer for the band Zaazu, Portable, has sacked the studio managers he hired after they claimed they only made N7000 while he was away for six weeks.
In a video interview posted online, Portable claimed that when he runs the studio alone, he can earn up to N15 million in five days. However, when he returned after a six-week trip, his team surprised him by giving him a N7,000 deposit.
The singer uttered in Pidgin and Yoruba the following:

“I develop studios, but they don’t generate revenue. Dem steal all my money, which is why I go after them. Studio wey be said that whenever I record, I make two, three, or four million dollars.

In five days, I fit make ₦15 million. I travelled for one month and two weeks, I con ask them how much them make, they say they make 7000 naira.”
