In Lagos, the NLC and TUC were seen at the main office of the Ikeja Electricity Distribution Company, singing and demanding that there should be a reversal to the old Band A tariff.
In Oyo, protesters went to the office of the Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company, demonstrating and preventing normal operations.

The NLC and TUC demanded that the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission should return to the old tariff within seven days.
