It outlines claims that Tyler Perry made repeated unwanted advances after casting Dixon in his TV series The Oval in 2019.

Dixon alleges that Perry invited him to his Georgia home under the pretext of professional collaboration but later entered his guest room uninvited and groped him.

According to the suit, Perry sent explicit messages and pressured Dixon into a sexual relationship, allegedly offering financial incentives and career opportunities in exchange for silence.

The lawsuit further claims Tyler Perry used job offers as a tool of control, treating Dixon like an “on-call pet” and manipulating him through promises linked to his original project, Losing It

Also, Dixon alleges multiple assaults occurred between 2020 and 2021, including one during a trip to the Bahamas.

After one such incident, he claims Tyler Perry’s legal representative offered a raise and a chance to develop his own script, offers he now sees as attempts to secure his silence.

Tyler Perry’s legal team has denied all accusations.

Accused Of Sexual Misconduct

They branded the lawsuit as a “scam”, asserting that Dixon was the one who sought closeness to Perry for personal gain.

Drawing parallels with other powerful figures in the entertainment industry previously accused of sexual misconduct, the lawsuit portrays Perry as someone who allegedly used his status and influence to exploit Dixon while ensuring any fallout remained hidden.

Dixon says he eventually rejected Perry’s continued offers and filed a complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
