
On Sunday, June 8, 2025, Ijebu-Ode came alive with glamour, culture, and elegance as celebrities joined thousands of attendees at the Ojude Oba Festival.
Known for its colourful fashion, royal pageantry, and deep cultural roots, the 2025 edition attracted popular faces from music, fashion, and entertainment.
Among the stars spotted was Lil Kesh, the Afrobeats singer, who made a bold entrance dressed in a rich yellow traditional outfit.
He joined the Regberegbe groups and added extra energy to the cultural parade.
Also making headlines was Farooq Oreagba, the man who went viral in 2024 for his stylish display.
He returned this year with even more “steeze,” wearing a detailed agbada and riding a horse with confidence and class.
Actors Lateef Adedimeji and Femi Branch dazzled in traditional regalia. Lateef, known for his warm smile and regal presence, wore a stylish, intricately patterned agbada.
Femi Branch was equally impressive in a bold Aso Oke ensemble. Both joined the parade, celebrating Ijebu heritage with panache
Members of the Balogun families, including the famous Alatishe dynasty, also stood out in matching Aso Oke fabrics, riding their well-decorated horses in style.
These traditional leaders were joined by fashion influencers, politicians, and business figures, all dressed in eye-catching outfits that lit up the Awujale Pavilion.
