Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has visited the family of the late Nigerian singer and actress Onyeka Onwenu, who passed away on July 30, 2024, at the age of 72.
Onwenu, a legendary figure in the Nigerian music and film industry, collapsed after performing at a birthday party and was rushed to a hospital where she was pronounced dead.
Governor Sanwo-Olu shared photos from his condolence visit, expressing his sympathies to the bereaved family.
