Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, and his deputy, Obafemi Hamzat, have both casted their votes in the ongoing local government elections in the state.

Sanwo-Olu was pictured voting at Polling Unit 019 Femi Okunnu/Lateef Jakande Ward 09, Ikoyi 2, Eti Osa Local Government Area, on Saturday.

The governor, a member of the All Progressives Congress, experienced a hitch-free process as he performed his civic duties.

Voter turnout reports from polling units across the state showed mixed results as Mushin and Itire units experienced low voter turnout while Kosofe and Ikoyi 2 experienced an average of the registered voters.
