Nigerians wanted to give the President Bola Tinubu-led government a piece of their mind, and trust us, they did so without hesitation.

Indeed, many states enjoyed a peaceful protest.

However, for many others, the change they desire will not come by holding placards and shouting “we no go gree” or “hunger dey”.

These people believe that the kingdom of heaven suffers violence, and the violent taketh by force.

That was how the protest turned violent in some states.

In fact, in many other states, blood was spilled.

The day two of the protest came, and once again, Nigerians stormed the streets to continue from where they stopped.
