Rivers state governor, Siminalayi Fubara has cautioned citizens of the state against killing one another for political or any other reasons.
Fubara made the disclosure at Ikwerre when he inspected the extent of damage done to the council secretariat after it was razed by thugs.

According to the governor, they know where it is coming from, but will allow security agencies their investigation.

In addition, he described the burning of the Secretariat as a sad development because it was built by the immediate past chairman with the local government resources.
