Regina Daniels was ferociously attacked by Nigerians in the comment section of one of her recent posts on Instagram which she captioned, “LIVING VIRTUOUSLY”.
The 23-year-old actress and wife of 63-year-old Senator Ned Nwoko has been receiving backlash from Netizens as a result of her demand for a peaceful protest during the #EndBadGovernance nationwide protest.
During the protests, Regina Daniels urged Nigerians to desist from violence and make their demands known to the government peacefully.
However, her good intentions were met with anger from Nigerians who felt she was being “insensitive” to their plight for a better country because she is privileged to be married to a wealthy politician at the age of 19.
In one of the three videos she shared during the protest, she said the protests in the north was being hijacked by hoodlums who were looting and destroying properties while waving a flag similar to that of Russia.
Regina reiterated that she was trying to caution against such actions but “ignorant Nigerians” slammed her.
Also, in the video, she said she doesn’t care if Nigerians support her or not on her plea for a peaceful protest as she is also battling with the effects of the inflation rate and bad governance hitting the nation.

This was the last straw that broke the camel’s back as Nigerians who once praised her for staying married to the wealthy Ned Nwoko for years turned on her in a jiffy and started hurling words at her on her posts.
