Reality star, Natasha Akide also known as Tacha has taken to social media to lament over the behaviour of one of her staffs as well as warn business owners.
The former Big Brother Naija housemate took to her Instagram stories on November 29, 2021 where she shared her experience on the driver employed by her company after the previous one had caused the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority to impound her vehicle.
According to her, business owners should be extra careful with the type of support staff they keep around them adding that they need to double check because people such as this will not hesitate to ruin one’s business.
“Everybody needs to be careful with the kind of support staff they keep around them. My company employed this driver on the 31st of August after the former driver took one way on Lekki-Epe way, and LASMA impounded my van. I know the struggle I went through to get my van back.
“A new driver was employed and I assumed everything was okay until I got a mail from the management of the property I stay in, thanking me for my stay and wanting to have a short conversation with me. On the 6th of October, we jumped on a Zoom call where they dropped the reason for the Zoom call.
“Apparently, my driver had been conniving with the gateman of the property to steal the premises fuel and they sell it together! I was shocked. How can somebody who has not worked for two months in a company be stealing fuel?” (sic)
“I know we cannot be 100 percent correct when we make decisions about our support staff, but please let’s double-check because people like this will just ruin business for you,”
