Nigerian rapper Ladipoe has contracted the dreaded coronavirus.

The music star who recently made this announcement via his Instagram page said he has been in isolation since he tested positive to the virus.

‘I recently received the results for my COVID-19 test and it was positive. I have been in isolation for about 10 days now. Die to the state of affairs in the country, this Monday was the earliest I could get tested,” he wrote.

“My symptoms have been mild and I’m getting better every day. Please continue to take the necessary safety precautions when you’re out to protect yourself and your loved ones. Not everyone has mild symptoms. This is definitely something to be taken seriously.”
