Popular Nigerian rapper, Blaqbonez has said that he almost went into depression during his days in the University.
The rapper made this disclosure in a series of tweets on his Twitter page where he revealed how he was unable to focus on his studies because of his musical career.

According to the Engineering student, he felt like a failure because he spent most of his time in the studio while his mates were busy reading their books.
He revealed further that his coursemates were getting straight A’s in their courses while he just continued dropping mixtapes on NotJustOk hoping that they would post one of his songs on their site.
The rapper also wondered who would have taken care of his mom if music hadn’t paid off for him.
“really grateful for how far I’ve come. I don’t know who would have been taking care of my mum if this music didn’t work”
